Experimental Dater Twenty-Nine – Lil Miss D

Yes, I know she doesn’t look old enough, but Lil Miss D is in the process of coming out of an eighteen year-long relationship.  And a sixteen year-long marriage.  

D stands for Divorce.  A word she’s not quite ready to say … and a process which she’ll be taking step by step in the coming months.  She’s bravely decided to not only share those steps with the blog, together with some of the deciding factors which led to the ‘big D’, but to also explore the brighter side of life after a relationship which lasted half her life.

Why do you think you’re single?: My 16 year marriage ended in August last year, and so I am taking time to contemplate love and life and all it has to offer.

Bad Relationship Traits: Can sometimes make excuses for other people’s disrespectful and inconsiderate behaviour and so my genuinely caring nature has sometimes been taken advantage of!

What do you find most attractive in a date? Someone who intrigues me and makes me laugh and as a result of this I want to get to know him more.

What do you find least attractive in a date? Stifled conversation, no sense of humour and no chemistry.

Best ever date: Indoor Rock Climbing. It was amazing and challenging and we had a good giggle whenever I fell off the indoor wall.

Worst Date Ever: Using a dating website – Online we got on like a house on fire, but when we met in person, the conversation was really hard to keep going and there was no chemistry at all.
